Operating internationally can be challenging for independent entrepreneurs who are unfamiliar with Dutch legislation, business practices and administrative requirements.

Dutch clients receive their invoices directly from FlexWork Services. Payments are received and administered by us before financial settlement with the independent entrepreneur takes place according to the contractual agreements.

Communication Support

Compliance Support

Financial settlement timing
Depending on the contractual payment terms agreed with the client, financial settlement with the independent entrepreneur may take up to 90 days. This administrative period allows sufficient time for:

Financial Settlement
We invoice the client, coordinate the administrative settlement and process payment according to the contractual agreements.
